Format for document/saved date

Hi, I like to have the date in header automatic, therefore I use the Saved date under Document.

I would like to add a format for "Saved date" according to standard ISO 8601, that is YYYY-MM-DD. Is it possible or are there any workarounds for this?

As far as I remember this is a long standing demand from right when Prime introduced headers and its not understandable why this date format is not supported. As far as I know there is no workaround (other than manually typing the date, of course).
