Getting error as array dimension do not match

Hi all,

I am getting error as array dimensions do not match.

May be I used some wrong syntax for stack command

which I used it in the last line of my mathcad window.

Please someone help me.

I attached my code below.

I think it's because you've defined the header as a string rather than a 1x4 array ...
