HardyCross subroutine

I have written a hardyCross subroutine per the Hodge and Taylor book and I am recieving the error value must be a vector. What am I doing wrong?

    Did you get this worked out?  Have you performed any work on Hodge and Taylor "Piping-Solutions" with mathcad.  If so would you be willing to share it?
