Heat transfer in cylindrical coordinates

I am trying to solve a problem of heat transfer in cylindrical coordinates with a boundary condition of convection in the surface. When I write the differential equation and conditions in Mathcad 14, all in prime notation, odesolve cannot find the solution. An error message appears informing that there are too few initial conditions.  As I am dealing with a second order ODE and I am providing the required two boundary conditions , I don´t consider this is the problem.

I think we cannot use the Odesolve function for a boundary problem. It is not documented trick. Only for Cauchy problem!

Or?

I use here a shot method. Here for example Thermal Engineering studies with Excel, Mathcad and Internet
