Help to convert Mathcad 15 file (.xmcd) to Express 6.0 (.mcdx)

Could someone convert the attached file? Please, ASAP.

    Obviously you forgot to attach the file or something went wrong.

    You can do the conversion yourself, though.

    MC15 will work in full mode for 10 days and will then completely stop working!

     

    On the other hand I think you will also need Prime to be in evaluation mode - I don't know if the converter in Prime still works after the trial period.

     

    Anyway - if you manage to upload the file here, I'm sure someone will be willing to do the conversion for you.

    Here is the converted file (Prime 6)

    Since Prime is significantly less powerful than Mathcad, it will be necessary to revise the file. In particular, the two graphics on the last page.
