How can I change a variable name automatically?

I want to change a variable name everywhere in one worksheet.

For example, I want to change a variable name "TEST" to "TEST2".

But, it is hundreds of times used in the worksheet and the manual editing seems impossible.

Is there any way to do that automatically?

In Mathcad 15 go to Edit/Replace

Doesn't seem to be possible in Prime 2 (don't know about Prime 3)

Prime 3 has find, find next, and replace, but not replace all. That's quicker than manually editing, but still tedious.
