How can I read my data along each section?

Fred sent me his file.

I posted about integration. so He sent a file about Tutorial on range variables, vectors, and functions.

I am trying to do my work with his method.

But I had a problem. it is how I can read my data(CL, CD) along "angle of attack"

I couldn't read data by using his method.

so I want your professionals to get advice.

I can't pass this procedure.
