How can we implement a basic table calculator in Mathcad

Hi All, does Mathcad provide any GUI/control for us to implement this kind of basic calculation?

It is easy to do in the equations, but am not sure if it is feasible to be realized in a GUI or a control panel? I attached the worksheet for this question as well.

You need to use active control elements (in main menu select: "Insert" --> "Control"):
