how do I align the letters on the x-axis with the grid markers.

How can I centrally align the letters on the x-axis of a chart with the grid markers? At present the letters get shifted to the right of the grid markers. I would like them to be centrally aligned with the markers.

I assume you mean in Mathcad 15. It's an ancient bug that has never been fixed, and there's no way for you to do anything about it within Mathcad. If you need the graph for something else then you can paste it into a drawing program and fix it there.
