How to add additional place holder in Add program line

I am using MATHCAD 15

I want to add additional place holders to write program more than two lines (default)

I am new to MATHCAD I am learning Mathcad using tutorial available in Mathcad help and using PTC community

I need you help and support

at last I found the way to include additional place holder in the add program line

when ever you need additional placeholders press add line button in programming toolbar
