A definition of what Min is supposed to do would be good, plus a couple of examples, and/or link to a website giving such.

However, in general, then you can't write a function such as Min in the format that you show.  Mathcad has the summation and product operators, but AFAIA has no general iteration operator (apart from range variables and the for programming operator).

If OB can be a vector, then you'll probably need to employ the vectorization operator to ensure element-by-element rather than vector scalar multiplication.
