How to format results to show positive sign?

Basic question to format my results to show "+" sign when the result value is positive. My field of application is in structural analysis. Thus, when the Margin of Safety is positive, the "+" sign is preferable to show the positive margin.

Mathcad has no standard provisions for this. You could try this:

I don't believe you can force the plus sign as a number.  You can build a character string:
