How to set the height of header and footer, Every office program can adjust it, how to adjust it in MP3.0?

Sometimes i can adjust all the equations to only one sheet if i can set the height of header and footer.

The height of header and footer sometimes is too large for me.

The only thing I find is that you can set the page margins, but you're restricted to one of three options:
