How to transform XMCD to MCD

Hello,

 

I am using Mathcad 2001. I have a file that I need to use but it is in xmcd format and I could not open it. Is there a way to transform into mcd format or something suitable for Mathcad 2001

 

Could you please advise me how to transform?

    Mathcad 15 can only save down to the file format of Mathcad 11.

    So I attach a pdf print of the file for your information and the file converted for Mathcad 11. Maybe someone (Luc!?) with MC 11 still running can convert it for your version 2001.
