just consider the following matrix

Use the function "reverse".

      As indicated above , you use the function 'reverse' for that. Note that you can do:

        "reverse" is a built-in, ready-to-use function. So there is no need to reinvent the wheel 😉

        The built-in "reverse will also deal with matrices, not just column vectors.
