I am attempting to get the cord length between two varing points, EN and Courses. the results show up in a single column. I would like them in a table, ie Courses x EN?

Guess you will have to be more specific in describing what you are doing and which kind of table you'd like as result.

I would probably help, too, if you attach your worksheet instead of showing just one single line of calculation.

Also we don't see the arguments you call you function chord_lenght with.

I fear that you use range variables to do so which is not the correct way to do but thats all kind of reading coffe grounds without seeing the sheest.
