I am getting below error while performing monte carlo. Please find the attachment.

You have a double underscore in the definitions for mu_Go1_R2t and mu_Go2_R2b, one too many just before the 'G'. And also in the table Rvals.

You should ALWAYS attach the worksheet, or a worksheet, that demonstrates to problem that you have.

From quick observation of the picture, you equation appears to be unit-balanced. But:

If your R values (R0, R1 and R2s) have a sigma of 0, then you probably shouldn't include them in the montecarlo.

However I doubt that you are so sure these resistor values are always exactly the same value.

So another option is to have them vary by at least 1 Ohm or so.

Prime seems not like the units! Delete the units Siemens and it works.
