I can't open PTC Mathcad Express

When I finished the installation of PTC Mathcad Express and got licence, it showed all blank like below

How can I solve this problem?

I guess you already tried to install the program a second time an got the same result.

I can't offer any specific help, but you may follow the steps given here

Especially step 3, calling PTC support.

It looks like a lot of people have different problems installing Prime 5.
