I receive this message when trying to open a file: se produjo un error al enviar el comando al programa"

I just installed MathCad 15 (M045). However, when I try to open a MathCad file, I receive the message included in the attached file.

I assume that you get no problem when you first start MathCad 15 (by just starting the application) and then from within Mathcad open the file.

This problem has been reported more times, and as far as I know the cause has not been determined, nor a solution.

This error occurs when you use in the program "Open" menu or do you just use double-click on the file itself? What Windows OS are you using?
