Installation problem! Please Help!!

I've a working internet connection but when I run the mathcad install manager, it shows network error. PTC Mathcad‌err.JPG

You have to be a bit more specific.

e.g.

What (version of) Mathcad (or Prime) are you trying to install onto what version of which operating system?
