Installation problems

Hi

After installing mathcad and starting, it prompts for getting the licens file through the internet. When I give my user id and password it gives a message "The remote server returned an error: (407) Proxy Authentication required". What to do now?

Could it be that a proxy, firewall or any other filter software is preventing the connection?
