Intersecting two lines

Hi All,

I am wondering how to intercept two points and by this I mean I want to know the x, y ordinates when two plots cross. I know how to do this using a solve block with for example two polyfits or similar. However, if I am dealing with very simple lines like a straight lines which rely only on simple x, y ordinates as in the attached, What is the best approach to this?
