Invalid Host ID - MathCad 15

Hi,

I am trying to install mathcad 15 free 30 day trial, but I get an error when trying to obtain a trial license.

Invalid host id error

Any help appreciated

Do you not have any network adapter on the PC?

It's on a surface pro, so yes it has a wireless adapter.

Unless WiFi is turned off

Anyway, that's what it is looking for.
