Is Mathcad Prime 3.1 available to use on Windows 10?

Not supported according to this: http://www.ptc.com/File%20Library/Product%20Families/Mathcad/PTC-Mathcad_Prime_3_1_platform_support.pdf

However, I would imagine you could get it to work.  If nothing else, in compatibility mode.  Don't take my word for it, though.

I don't know whether it's "Official" yet, but ...

I installed this particular Prime 3.1 under Win 7 before upgrading.  However, I have successfully installed another Prime directly onto a Win 10 PC.
