Issue with sbval

Hello all, I hope you all are well.

Today my issue is the use of sbval to solve this 2nd order ODE. I have tried to follow solution steps published by other Mathcad users but I can't help but think the solver is getting stuck in a divide by zero or something equivalent? I have tried a couple different ways to define the function. Let me know what you think.
