Maintain Internal Links when Printing to PDF

Not sure if this has been updated in the newer versions of MathCad, but is there any way to preserve internal hyperlinks when printing to PDF while also maintaining the formatting?

I have a 70+ page report that has a lot of specific formatting that I worked hard on and would like to keep. When I save as a PDF directly, none of the links work but the formatting is perfect. When I safe as a Rich Text Document, the internal links work but the formatting is gone. Is there a way to keep both the formatting and the links? Currently using MathCad Prime 9.0.0.0
