Matchad 15 vers 050 & Prime 3.0 on AMD procssor

I am using Mathcad Prime 3.0 F000

I have Matchad 15 vers 050 & Prime 3.0. with the pc HP 735 G6 with processor AMD.
the excel have suddenn block.
If i use pc with intel processor and same installation (w10 office 365, & Matchad) i don't have this blocks.
I have tried office 365 32 & 64 bit but it have same problem

    Hi 

     

    Share the system information Dxdiag report.

    To collect a dxdiag report:

    • Click the Start button, click Run and type in dxdiag
    • This will bring up the DirectX diagnostic tool which includes all information on the display mode, hardware acceleration, display drivers etc
    • Click on Save all information and save it as a text file (eg: dxdiag.txt)
