Mathcad 14.0 missing files/failing to register on install

I have a problem where I go to install Mathcad 14 off the install CD and it fails to register about 20 - 30 different files. It also seems that it is missing files too. I tried running as administrator but to no luck. Anyone know a solution? Here is an example of the one of many files that are missing.

1. You need to preinstall some of Microsoft components (http://support.ptc.com/WCMS/files/98347/en/Mathcad_14_M035_RELNOTES.HTM#System_Requirements😞

  • Microsoft .NET Framework® 3.5 or later.
  • MSXML 4.0 SP2 Parser and SDK (this exact version of MSXML is required).
  • Microsoft Data Access Components (MDAC) 2.8 or later.
