Mathcad 15 M040 - prerequisites

Anyone knows if Mathcad 15 M040 (which will work on Win 8.1) will use newer versions of:

- VC++ (2013 instead of 2008)

- .NET (4.5 instead of 3.5)

- MSXML (6.0 instead of 4.0)
