Mathcad 15 - single user licensing.pdf

Upgrading to Mathcad 15 Professional (single user), Professor, and University (student) edition.

There are 3 basic steps to licensing your copy of Mathcad:

1. Install Mathcad software on your workstation.

2. Request a license file from PTC and save to your workstation.

3. Tell Mathcad where your license file has been saved on your workstation.

The directions for a single user are woeful.  The only license option for an online installation is FLEXnet, which may not be appropriate. Try and register as a new user?  Not possible without a customer number, an order number and more, none of which you have if trying to do this online. Perfect Catch 22.  Do I need a disk?  Cannot get a sales rep on the phone. No answer; I have some old Mathcad files that I would like to access again, but ptc is the most difficult company with which I have ever dealt. No phone service, but reams of irrelevant documents.
