Mona Zeftel, can you tell me who to call to get some help installing MathCAD on my laptop? Honestly, I have never seen a software company that's so hard to deal with. PTC's web site support links and phone numbers are almost all disconnected or non-functional.

Russ, I apologize for not checking these forums until now, so I didn't see your post earlier. I don't know which version of Mathcad you have or which Operating System. Some users have been having problems installing on Win 7, but others have not. If you read through these forums, you will see some suggestions for installing on Win 7, if that is your issue. You need to be an administrator on your computer. You need to uninstall first. Contact PTC customer support at one of these numbers depending where you live, http://www.ptc.com/support/mathcad_contacts.htm I have heard from other users that as soon as they reach someone, they do get installation help.
