MathCAD Configurator Integration

We are looking to integrate MathCAD to a configurator, so that input generated by the Configurator is fed to MathCAD, and the calculation output is fed back to the configurator. Does MathCAD have APIs to fetch inputs from an external system (which is not CAD/CAE system) and then output it back to the same external system?

Are you intending tot use, or using, Mathcad or Prime?

Note that Mathcad is a 'single run' system. You define what it needs tot do, commando it to start, and then Mathcad does the trick. Once!

Then you can change some variabele, functions or definitions, Mathcad will see what has changed, and recalculate the necessary parts. But Mathcad does NOT monitor external data or events.

You cannot have Mathcad (nor Prime) check for external input iteratively without user intervention.

Buy you can use Mathcad to carry out calculations at the command of external applicaties.
