MathCad Error After Installation-

Hi, I got installed Mathcd14.0. After installation when i'm opening the application it is showing the error unable to create 12.0 engine factory. I have installed all the pre-requisites before.(dotnet framework 3.5 Sp1,MDAC2.6,MSXML 4 SP2). Appreciate your help. Regards, Sridhar.A
