MathCAD on OSX - Parallels

I realize this is a recurring issue, but have yet to find a reasonable solution. So, I thought I'd start this thread. Has anyone found a good way to run MathCAD on a Mac?

Is it possible to hope that PTC might actually get it to work like other normal apps so it behaves in Parallels?
