Mathcad Prime 3.0 installation failure on Windows 10

The installation on Windows 10 failed. Is there any chance to be installed on this OS ?

    Looks like you are not the first user experiencing this problem.
    The last post with this problem I could find was this one: https://community.ptc.com/t5/PTC-Mathcad/install-mathcad-prime/m-p/566829#M181889

    Unfortunately the only advice we could give is to contact PTC support.

    Any version of Prime should install with no problem on Windows-10.

    Prime 3 is no exception.

    What exactly went wrong?

      Hi Luc

       

      Thank you for your fast response.

      The issue with my installation is that when I get to application selection there is no application to select (photo attached) and the folder created on my disk is empty.
