Mathcad Prime 5.0 Student Edition license problem

I just purchase the lisence and wanted to activate it but there is always an error occurring and i can't find anything on the internet because it's a german error message.

 

I've attached an image, perhaps someone can help me.

    Nothing helpful there. Any recommendations? Is there a support i can write as a standard user?

    PTC does have a department or unit referred to as "Customer support".
