We just a very attractive quote for 50 seats of Mathcad for academic use. The quote came from a third party supplier called EAC. Does anyone know if going this route will still allow us to use Mathcad 15?

At two levels:

1) it's a contract with EAC so they are the ones to ask

2) it's generally been the case that PTC includes a license to use MC15 with the license to Prime, but see (1)

If EAC says it's a complete version of Prime, I would argue that they have to allow installation of Mathcad 15. Without Mathcad 15 the converter for old worksheets will not work, and the converter is part of Prime.

It not even an EAC issue the license still comes from PTC in the end. Your license will allow for use of older versions.
