Minimize in Prime - an error?

Is it my error or an error (a bug) of new solver in Mathcad Prime:

19-Tanzanite

If you delete the original V within the solve block and retype, or copy and paste it, it works!!

Actually, if you just press Calculate from the Calculation menu in Valery's original file, it works!!
