what does this error mean, how can it be resolved ???

Why do you need Msxml6?

Where did you get the dll from?

What is your OS? Is it 32 or 64 bit?

i am trying to install mathcad on 64 bit machine for a client in houston. while installing the software he is getting the above mentioned error.
