Multi Threading Statement Refresh

Has anyone managed to get multi-threading to repeatedly execute the same statement as if it were repeatedly changed manually i.e. any trick that can automatically change a worksheet expression or parameter in such a way that multi-threading detects as a change and executes the expression afresh e.g. a counter that advances each time multi-threading acts on it?
