Multiple inputs to a programme - Monte Carlo

I have created a programme for Mone Carlo Simulations but now want to get an output table to show what would happen if I created more and more simulations.

In the attached file the basic problem is using 1000 simulations which returns 0 failures in my problem. However, I want to see what happens as the number of simulations (Nsim) increases i.e. I want a table with Nsim in one column increasing and the number of failures in another column also increasing.

Any help really appreciated.
