New clear scooter

I often see in a bus, tram, metro people with scooters. Here one has a problem - dirty wheels. But you can make sliding wings (fenders) of wheels, which will close at the wheel folding scooter. See. pls the animation.

I created the animation in Mathcad and ask someone to do in Creo!
