I want to know actually How many turns you can accommodate in a magnetic coil we are using 28 swag wire and robin with 35 mm width,50 mm OD and 30 mm ID

That's basic geometry. It's the number of circles of 0.376 mm diameter that you can fit in a rectangle that's 35 mm x 20 mm. The answer is 5643 turns, assuming you wind them perfectly.
