OdeSolve error

Hi, I have a system of differential equations to solve where I wish to vary an angle theta and plot responses in time waveform to show instabilities and a bifurcation diagram. I have used the same approach previously in a similar application that has solved successfully but for some reason theta is not recognized as a valid variable. Any help would be appreciated.
