Optimization

i am attempting to do an optimization problem for my machine design 2 class and am having issues.

Basically i have 2 number, N1 and N2, and i need to have mathcad use an equation CT and find values using the N1 and N2. i hope that made sense. if not i hope the attached a copy will explain it better.

CT is a cost equation, where i then need to find the lowest cost between N1 and N2,

then i have to redo the equation this time using N2 and N3 and find the lowest cost there.

next i need to find the lowest cost between the 2 cost equations.

i had issues figuring out how to work some of the equations with units, so i left them all out. thanks for showing me how to add the $ sign in, hopefully the units will work now.
