Optimize solution

I want to optimize solution based on conditional operators in Mathcad Prime 8. Please help

You can use Minimize just to minimize ONE function, not two.

Ths problem s not well posed -- the minimum volume cannot be attained within the llmits imposed upon the dameter and height.
