Out of memory error

I am using Mathcad 15.0 M050

I started getting an Out of memory error popup window, coming at random times when my MatchCAD file is open but not even running.
I added memory to my computer to increase its memory several times.
This did not reduce the occurrance of the Out of memory error at all.

    Hi @bbobbs,

     

    Try to use a different user profile for login and see if the issue persists. With this it can be narrowed down whether the issue is system specific or user profile specific.

    Hi @bbobbs,

     

    Please share the dxdiag report of the system having issues with. 

     

    To get the DxDiag report: Click Windows Start button > type “DxDiag” in the Search box, and then press ENTER > Save all information to “DxDiag.txt

     

    Also, are you saving the file locally or on a shared network location?
