Page Formatting in Mathcad Prime 4.0

In Mathcad 15 page breaks are shown and it is possible to repaginate the document.  That feature appears to be missing in MCD Prime 4.0.  Am I missing something?

In Mathcad 15 it is possible to align equations along the left document margin.  That appears to be missing in MCD Prime 4.0.
