Pass/Fail Graph intersect

Hi all i am trying to set a pass/fail criteria based on if the point of intersect is above or below the x-y axis plotted line, is there an easy intersect function that mathcad has? or a pass/fail region that can be defined ?

as shown above this would represent a pass as it is within the region below the limit of the Xt & Lt plotted line
