pasting code into program without extra set of double bars

If I copy several rows of code from a program, and paste them in I get an extra "indention" set of double bars.  I want the pasted code to have the same "level" as the code in which I'm pasting it.

Hi,

Carefully left click the mouse on the offending double bars.  If you get it right they will turn blue.  Then press delete.

Cheers

To avoid this happen you may try copying each code line singly one by one.
